Судинні біомаркери: методи дослідження, показники, клінічне, прогностичне значення і перспективи

У статті розглянуто сучасну термінологію, методи дослідження жорсткості судин, їх діагностичну цінність. З урахуванням класів рекомендацій і рівнів доказів наведено сучасне розуміння діагностичної значущості, чутливості цих методів. Розглянуто роль судинних біомаркерів у пацієнтів з різними захворюваннями. На підставі останніх консенсусних документів, метааналізів розглянуто можливості терапевтичного впливу на судинні біомаркери. Окремо розкрито питання, яке ще не ввійшло в консенсусні документи, — взаємозв’язок жорсткості судин і когнітивних порушень. Продемонстровано роль ригідності судин у розвитку синдрому малих когнітивних порушень, можливості їх терапевтичної корекції. На закінчення автори констатують, що проведена величезна робота з вивчення ригідності судин дала змогу створити узагальнені консенсусні документи. Відзначено, що дослідження жорсткості судин у рутинній клінічній практиці залишається обмеженим. Перспективним бачиться проведення наукових досліджень з використанням неінвазивних методів вивчення жорсткості судин, що має принципове значення при виборі фармакологічної терапії. Практичний лікар повинен орієнтуватися в проблемі судинних біомаркерів, щоб оцінити ці дослідження.
